This one is a little trickier to review than some of the other teas I have been trying lately. I liked it, I did not love it, but I had massive expectations for it and the tea just was not what I expected it was going to be. I got the spice, but there is a hint of bitterness to the end note of the tea that I didn’t really love. It also certainly did not taste an ounce like the oolong it professed to be.
Looking at the ingredient list, I think this is one of those cases where there is just too much going on. Too many flavours are all trying to scream their presence and the end taste gets just a little muddled. I am sorry that is the case, because I love fall teas, but I think that other ones just may have done the fall theme better than this tea.
That being said, it is certainly not an awful cup to drink. I am guessing I will get through this purchase, but probably not repurchase again.
