I love this tea but it certainly tests my patience when drinking it. I find that initially, when the tea is piping hot, I get a real over abundance of grassy notes from the white base. However, as the tea cools, more of the cherry starts to show up and the tea becomes a lovely fruity, yet floral tea. I think this is a delicate tea which can be really great, but is also super fussy with steep time and optimal drinking temperature.
