This tea is not for me. Very strong, bitter, and astringent. I brew all of my teas with a water to leaf ratio of about 8 oz/1.5 teaspoons. I can’t imagine brewing this tea with a 3 oz/1teaspoon ratio. It would be incredibly strong.
I disliked this tea so much that I had to mix it 50/50 with Den’s pineapple sencha and I brewed it cold. It tasted excellent when I brewed it this way.
