Fun place to go for an English style Tea Time (aka brunch/lunch of small bites and tea in bone china). The decor is VERY Victorian/teddy bear/lace/roses. You will be offered a tiara if it is your Birthday or a special occasion. Their teas are nice, the staff is friendly, the prices are high.
The Perennial Tea Room

Small shop, but they have the most wonderful teas and tea accessories. If you like fruity tisanes, try the grapefruit/orange tea or the cranberry/orange :)
