I love this tea. I originally got it for serving at a bridal shower, but I like it so much I kept the extra and have since bought more. It’s got a delicate, sweet, vanilla-citrus taste that perfectly compliments the white tea.

I thought I liked tea, so I sought out good tea. Now I know I like (good) tea in all shapes, colors and sizes.
I nearly always drink it straight, no chaser unless I’m pretending to be The Queen.
I’ll also play around with brew times, temps and blending as it amuses me. But, as I am scientifically-minded, I remember what crazy combinations I like and will return to them often.
