This is the tea that turned me on to Harney and Son’s. It’s warm and cinnamony and sweet enough that it needs no additional sugar. A must have at my house.

I thought I liked tea, so I sought out good tea. Now I know I like (good) tea in all shapes, colors and sizes.
I nearly always drink it straight, no chaser unless I’m pretending to be The Queen.
I’ll also play around with brew times, temps and blending as it amuses me. But, as I am scientifically-minded, I remember what crazy combinations I like and will return to them often.
