Ali Shan High-Mountain Oolong from A Tea Cup Dropped

Not as good as the Ruxiang oolong but still pretty good, also less special. Probably accessible to a broader audience.

Rather expensive (CHF 29.-/100g. at Tekoe, Switzerland).

I like the much unusual “butter” taste and also the longevity of the product, together with its variations along usage since one pinch in a teaspoon can be re-used several times.

Personnally, I let each portion infuse about 3 times: my daily consumption for a 8-hours day at the office!
