This tea has an overwhelming floral aroma that almost makes me sick. the taste is also quite similar. It tastes well…. like flowers. It’s a little gross, not something I really like. I don’t mind a nice floral undertone, but here, it is the main flavor, and I’m not really enjoying it. Honestly, I’ve tasted worse teas. The nice neutral green tea flavor, helps this tea out a little bit, but it’s still too floral for my liking.

Blends well with fruity teas

I saw a video about WonderBerry Chocolate Truffle and it really made me want to try this tea!

I’m not at all disappointed! It has the classic raspberry-chocolate blend and even more! To be specific: more berries! The person in the store said it had more of a berry taste than chocolate, and she was right!

This tea is great if you love the whole fruit and chocolate kind of thing. The berries are more prominent than the chocolate, so it depends on personal preference.

FIRST OF ALL, let me clear something up: Slimful Chocolate Decadence looks NOTHING like that in real life.

But don’t get me wrong, the taste makes up for this misconception. It is certainly decadent, smooth and simply delicious. What I really like is that all the amazing flavors in this tea don’t take over the wonderful oolong taste. It’s still there, far in the background, and it gives the tea a wonderful smoothness. I can taste the coconut and ginger very slightly which is good and it compliments the cocoa.

So yes, it really is decadent! and really satisfying.

Alright now, I’m a little confused about how this is a mate tea. Where are the yerba mate leaves? Really. Where? They are coated with cinnamon, I think. That’s my best guess, because everything in thus tea here is covered in cinnamon.

Now I’m not the kind of person who likes concentrated amounts of cinnamon that can get really hot and spicy. I actually hate that. But this tea is not like that at all! It has the perfect amount of cinnamon to give a great flavor, without being unpleasantly spicy! Perfect. The only thing I don’t like is that the cinnamon leaves a gooey residue at the bottom of the cup when it settles. It’s kind of gross so I just didn’t drink that part.

I was really excited to try Watermelon Mint Chiller so I finally decided to use my “tea for $1” coupon today to get it.

Quite frankly, I’m disappointed with this tea. There was no specific taste that I can describe. It wasn’t fruity or tangy or even minty. The watermelon flavor is so light that it doesn’t even taste like watermelon and it is just gross. This is the first time I’m really not satisfied with a tea from Teavana.

However, the sample of this tea in the store is really good because they added rock sugar! so that’s what I would recommend.

Yes, a piece of work indeed, it doesn’t even have the right to be called a tea. It’s so incredibly tart that it’s unpleasant to drink. I don’t know what sangria really tastes like, but if it’s supposed to be this tart, then they did a good job. There is no berry taste in this tea at all; usually the berries sweeten things up, but the tartness from I-really-don’t-know-what takes over. Overall, it’s just one big cup or tartness; no other way to describe it.

It is a nice clean drink with a light tea body. It is slightly fruity, and if you focus really hard on your taste buds, you can taste the almond undertone. Plums generally don’t have a lot of flavor, so the fruitiness come from a combination of plum with the beets, raisins, papaya and apple. The beets also add a great pink color to the tea, which always fascinates me.

And fortunately for me, it did the trick; it was so nice and refreshing, not like the tea from my terrible tea adventure yesterday. Anyways, it was great mainly because it had a nice light kiwi flavor and a light tea body. It wasn’t sweet, but that’s not a bad thing. Fantastic and refreshing, but just a little bit tart; probably from the lemongrass. It wasn’t so tart that it bothered me, it was still great. I would definitely recommend this to anyone, especially for hot day

Well I have to say, they have actually succeeded in making a tea that actually tastes like caramel. I’m really having trouble believing it. Hot and cold, Cococaramel Sea Salt is one of the most amazing teas I have ever tasted. Thank God it’s an herbal tea or else I’d be awake for the next 5 days.

Salt and caramel are a classic combo, since caramel is super sweet by itself. And it works that way here too in my beautiful cup of tea. This tea also has a wonderful addition of cocoa/carob and nuts. It’s perfection in a cup I can’t describe it any better. It’s smooth and will satisfy your sweet tooth better than any other desert tea out there.

This is where it’s at. I will definitely be going back to get more. Hello new favorite Teavana tea.

Ouff. Berry Almond Amaretto is an incredible tea, but it needs a lot of TLC.

It’s a little scary how strong it can get if you don’t brew it properly. You really have to watch and steep it for about 3 minutes or else the berries will be so concentrated it will ruin the tea.

So if you steep it to the perfect concentration, you will notice a lovely floral aroma and a true amaretto taste in the background. I don’t understand where the amaretto taste comes from; it’s not even in the list of ingredients. I think it’s only from the natural and artificial flavorings.
