I love this place. Walking my dog in the morning in the Northern Liberties section of Philly, I discovered a small shoppe, filled with all things tea. I felt the beginnings of an enthusiasm coming on and grabbed the “tea menu.” Spiced assam, I decided it would be. My first small brown bag of tea leaves would be spiced assam.
Then, a few days later, I returned to the small store with the small sign hanging nonchalantly above the door. It felt more like walking into the rabbit hole, magical.
I love this place and now, apparently, I love teas. Vanilla Honeybush is my latest pleasure…make the trip, it’s worth it.
