Well, this is better made with my water at home, slightly higher water temp as well. Maybe I need to try a lower temp than what I had a work instead of higher… I still don’t get cheesecake. I added a tiny spot of cream (talking less than a teaspoon for 6 ounces) and while it is cheesecakier, it’s still neither Irish cream nor cheesecake. I do get a hint of coconut? It’s nice enough, but nothing I’ll get again once this is gone. I think maybe my palate just isn’t tuned for extremely subtle flavors.
