So… this is a sipdown. On the permanent wish list this one goes. I’m getting a little sour note at the end of the sip on the 2nd infusion doing this gongfu style that I didn’t get doing it Western style. But that’s far from a downside. So, so good. Smooth, malty, sweetness, molasses, om nom nom.
