Earl Grey Creme from Teavana

On my fourth cup of this today. I cannot get enough of this flavor, it is incredible. Tastes amazing with a little milk and sweetener (I use Splenda). So so so addicted to this now.

MateVana from Teavana

Just tried this one this morning — REALLY good! It’s chocolately and nutty, with a little smokiness in there, and it gives a nice energy kick to boot. I could easily see myself kicking the coffee habit as long as I have this tea around.

Okay, well, I just love Earl Greys, they are probably my favorite teas. And this … oh, man, this is PHENOMENAL. The smell alone is gorgeous, and it just tastes absolutely wonderful. It’s smooth and rich and flavorful and just … the best Earl Grey I’ve ever tasted. I think I’m going to have to buy a whole pound of this once my first 2 oz. run out!

Awake- Filterbag from Tazo

I love English Breakfast tea, it’s the tea that my mom always made me and my sister when we were younger. This brand, however, is not my favorite. It’s not BAD, but I’ve noticed that there really is no room for mistakes when steeping this one — it goes bitter very quickly if you’re not careful. Still, when I want English Breakfast, and this is the only stuff in the cabinet, I won’t say no.

Berry Chai Infusion from Tazo

This. Was. Foul. I ended up dumping the thing out, because I could NOT choke it down. Just. Ugh, no, not a good mixture of flavors at ALL. :p

Earl Grey from Tazo

I thought I didn’t like Earl Grey, until I tried this particular brand about a year ago. Turns out, I DO like it! Since then, I’ve discovered that this is not my favorite version of Earl Grey, but it’s pretty good. It’s VERY aromatic, the bergamot smell is strooooong in this one. Which I like, I just kinda wish it had more flavor to match that.

Passion from Tazo

I do not like this one at all. It’s too … cider-y for me. Waaaay too sweet and fruity. Just not my thing. Which is too bad, because it sounds like it should be awesome.

Tazo Chai from Tazo

I definitely think this is probably THE best chai tea in bagged form that I’ve had. All the spices are really flavor and aromatic, and this tastes awesome with some milk and honey splashed in it.

Iced Chai Tea Latte from Tazo

Love this in the summertime. I get my chai fix, and it’s cool and refreshing. Delicious. :D

London Fog Tea Latte (Now called Earl Grey Latte) from Tazo

I have no idea how to really describe this, except that I loooooooooooove it. I’m a huge fan of Earl Grey teas, like, all kinds, and this is just like that, but kicked up about a thousand notches. So freaking good.

I’m so surprised that I like chai as much as I do — the spices do NOT appeal to me in any other kind of dish or drink, but somehow, chai makes it work. And I loooove this particular chai latte — it’s probably my favorite of all the chai I’ve tried. It’s warm and soothing and pretty much what I think heaven probably tastes like. LOL

Sparkling Green Tea Strawberry-Kiwi from Lipton
82

I actually really like this, surprisingly enough. I thought it would be gross — sparkling tea, blech. But it’s nice and light and refreshing. I’m trying to drink less pop, and this is a good substitute for it, I think. I think the strawberry/kiwi flavor is very pleasing.

Original Chai Tea Latte Mix from Oregon Chai

This was my introduction to chai. I’ve since had better ones, by FAR, but for what it is, it doesn’t suck. And it piqued my curiosity about all the other kinds of chai out there, so can’t really fault it toooo much.

Peppermint from Celestial Seasonings

This will ALWAYS be in my cupboard, because it is relaxing, and also very very soothing on the stomach. It may not be my favorite, flavor-wise, but you really can’t beat the calming effect it has.

Earl Grey from Twinings

This has always been my go-to tea. Now that I’ve tried the loose-leaf Earl Grey Creme from Teavana, though, I don’t know if this will be the same for me. However, I think this will always be a staple in my cupboard, for the days when I just can’t be bothered to put out any effort. ;) Tastes really good with just a touch of Splenda and a splash of milk/cream.

Cacao Mint Black from Teavana

I just ordered a few different teas from Teavana — it’s my first foray into loose-leaf tea. Decided to start with this one. I was pretty much won over by the smell! It smells freaking amaaaazing. I added a little bit of the rock sugar to the leaves as they were steeping, and then put a splash of milk in the mug with the tea — it tastes just as good as it smells. Like a very decadent desert, without the guilt. This will definitely be a repurchase, as I can see it becoming an evening ritual for me.

28-years-old, stay-at-home-mom. New to the world of high-end teas, and REALLY new to the whole loose-leaf thing. Hoping to become better versed in the world of tea, basically. I’d like to know more than just “Mmm, tea is yummy”. ;)
