A morning cup of Rooibos Tropica this morning was mildly refreshing. I’m finding I’m not nearly as in love with it as I once was. It’s still nice, but this time I had to put it on ice and add a little stevia.

This herbal fruity tisane is delicious. I wasn’t feeling well after drinking some Yunnan Noir from Adagio in the a.m. without food (caffeine on an empty stomach? Eek!) so I made some raspberry patch and threw it in my Teas Etc. travel mug – wonderful! I felt better, I enjoyed this delicious fruity drink and it will probably be a staple in my cupboard. Even better when made iced!!
Not. a. fan.
This mate blend smells like Bailey’s and tastes like an overwhelming subpar Bailey’s. I’ve made pancakes with this tea and that ended up good, but I don’t think I’ll ever drink it again.
This tea might be good as a hot (ahem… iced) toddy, but by itself it does nothing for me. The hibiscus is overwhelming. especially since I don’t like my teas or tisanes to be tart. It does smell and taste a bit like a fruity alcoholic drink, though, so maybe I’ll just throw some vodka in it.
This blend tastes like hot chocolate – but drink it fast because if it even begins to cool in the slightest it does not taste good at all. It doesn’t taste like tea, really tastes like a strong hot chocolate.
This smoooooth honeybush is a popular tea in my teacup and also my best friend’s. I bought her plenty of teas/tisanes and this is the one she drinks most every day and night. It’s a great smooth creamy yum cuppa hot wonderful.
I don’t love Mint tea in general, but this one is pretty great. I love to add it to Yerba Mate, then ice the tea and add a squirt of lime and agave. Sweet tropical treat!
This tea wasn’t what I expected, as I can hardly tell it’s a black tea at all. It IS however a very nice, light, tropical treat. My friends like this tea a great deal.
This is one of my favorite tisanes. It’s so simple and SO TASTY. Foxtrot is my boyfriend and mys night time tea almost every night. This will be a staple in my cupboard.
This is my least favorite Rooibos Chai. Even though lemongrass is the last listed ingredient, it’s all I taste. Not a fan.
One of the most delicious Oolongs I’ve ever had. Granted, it doesn’t taste how I’m used to an Oolong tea tasting so that has something to do with it. Vanilla overwhelms the normally prominent taste of the tea, but in a good way. Vanilla has a way of overtaking tea sometimes and it can be a turn off, but this is delicate. It’s a full bodied tea with a smooth finish. This will be a staple for me for sure.
