I had this one at the cottage on the weekend, and all went as usual. I find this a nice lazy morning tea. But, I left the second cup to chill for me to come back to later as I thought it would make a lovely iced tea. When I did, it was incredibly bitter! So bitter that it was unpleasant to drink. I’ve never experienced that before, when a tea is nice and light hot but bitter cold. I think this would be nice cold-brewed, though.
