So, I was making some tea to go with my Sunday comfort food, low-carb oat and coconut flour pancakes with a touch of pumpkin. I was about to add the water to the batter just as I poured my mug of tea, and then it struck me: creme brulee would be perfect in pancakes!

So, I had a delicious feast of Creme Brulee-infused healthy pancakes along with a mug of this. I should have had something with caffeine to get me going but this is nice for a lazy day.
