Very, very citrus-grapefruity! This came out a little tart for me, too. But, I wanted to avoid making it weak on my first try and did 7 minutes in boiling water. I will decrease the time and/or temp a little on the next try. I’ve been surprised at how flavourful the two herbal teas from the spring collection are. Unfortunately this one doesn’t go far, either!
The colour once brewed is really cool. So vibrant. And it’s making me want to try the suggested cocktail recipe. I am always looking for good sugar-free options to mix with, and this would be great.
