This was my first red/rooibos tea. I immediately fell in love with it’s smooth cinnamon spice flavor. I have enjoyed it early in the morning as a gentle wake up. I also enjoy it in the late afternoon with a few shortbread or vanilla cream cookie as a sweet and spicy snack. I am sad that RoT has discontinued Safari Sunset, but will be glad to try the replacement. Meanwhile, I’m going to begin saving and savoring my remaining bags.
I love to write. I especially love to write during a quiet morning at home with a little pot of tea on my desk. Enjoying a cuppa in the early morning helps to wake my heart and mind, readying my spirit for the day to come. Enjoying a cuppa in the evening soothes my edges after a long day, warming and relaxing. Enjoying the occasional cuppa during the day rejuvenates and rewards, depending on the moment … and the flavor.
