I haven’t even been awake 12 hours, but I am about to pass out. I didn’t think driving was going to be that tiring! I was having a lot of fun.
I made a bunch of cold steeped iced teas for my journey, and after of course having Rainbow Sherbet, I pulled this one out of my cooler. I think this is the first time I cold steeped it and just left it as is, and it works out well. I think club soda would be even better for steeping but it works just fine.
It does still have just this fizzy feeling to it, not quite full cola, but it’s there. It’s weird! Now I am just going to fall asleep with my laptop on my stomach, hahaha and to think I still have 268 miles tomorrow AND a hockey game to go to…eeesh.
