Gah I am so happy to have this again. I’m making it the same way I did before, 3 short infusions in the gaiwan all poured into a mug. I convinced my boyfriend to get an electric kettle because his stove takes forever to heat water, and it even makes this easier. If I’m ready for another round, it’s boiling the water again before I even realize it.
I get notes of cream, butter, floral. But it’s more complex than that, there’s just something about it I can’t pinpoint but I just know it tastes so good that I want to do a happy tea dance after every sip.
Totally going to just steep this all day this way until it can do nothing more. And also give it a 100 because perfection.
