Made a pot of this last night. Another solid flavored honeybush from 52Teas! Thanks Jackie T for the sample! If you like honeybush and strawberries this one is a sure bet :)

Mixed this half and half with Lupicia’s pineapple oolong today. And then I died of yummyness! :)
Enjoying this in my new little Kyusu :)
The first time I made this it was bitter and not so great. Turns out I had oversteeped it! Much better with only a hour cold steep. I do still slightly prefer the batch I made for scratch, hot brewed and then chilled. Not bad though.
Ok, prepared as a blended with ice latte for breakfast this was astoundingly good! The texture is JUST right!!! I also have the coconut flavor of this and it’s to die for. Seriously recommended! And so easy!

I have been really looking forward to trying this! I made my first one at work today, so I did not have access to a blender. I took a mason jar with a scoop of the mix and when I was ready to drink it I added around 8oz of milk and shook vigorously. The caramel flavor is AMAZING! There is a slight chalkiness, but I’m going to blame that on me not preparing it according to package directions. I’ll try one this weekend with ice in the blender! Also I’d like to note that this is extremely sweet for me. It seems about the same sweetness level as a Starbucks green tea frappe. I normally drink my matcha lattes with probably half this amount of sugar. No biggie, I’ll just add more milk next time and I think it’ll be PERFECT! :D
Finishing off this sample. Anyone else go see the best of both worlds star trek TNG eps in the movie theater tonight? So much fun! Anyway, I hate red rooibos but green seems pretty alright to me.i liked this one but won’t be buying any.
I had to drink this one again today just to be sure I wasn’t imagining how good it is! But HURRAY, it wasn’t a tea-lusion ;)
Welp, I have a new favorite green tea. Blown away by the Verdant sampler box! Everything was amazing. This is officially my favorite of the group but they were all pretty spectacular. It reminds me of my favorite sencha but richer and more complex. I’m on a buying hiatus right now but I am seriously tempted to order more of this while they still have some…
Wow, just wow. Jasmine teas are one of my favorites, and this one is extra fine! I also really love a thick white silver needle like this. I’ll have to do a side by side tasting with my favorite jasmine pearl tea to see which one is my ULTIMATE favorite jasmine that I will keep in stock at all times!
Yum! Just got this today in a swap with Starfevre (thanks!!!) I made myself a mini serving just now with 1/4 tsp, around 2oz water and a half tsp of sugar. It’s good! I like white tea a lot. It will be interesting to try in lattes in the future, I can’t picture how it would taste with the milk or almond milk, but I like it by itself just fine! :D
This was an interesting contrast to the Tieguanyin I drank earlier today. Darker, roastier, more mineralish, but still with a nice oolongy floral/sweetness!
I am actually drinking the new autumn harvest version of this tea. I’m not sure if it was the power of suggestion or what, but I taste apricots! There is a richness underneath the floral/apricot note. I am really digging this. Still in the early steepings- I can’t believe I’m supposed to get TEN steepings from these leaves! I am really enjoying this one and I haven’t even sweetened it! I might try sweetening a later steeping just for fun. I usually enjoy a tiny bit of raw sugar in my oolongs.
WOW! This tea is TRUE burnt sugar caramel flavor. Super rich and wonderful! I wish I had ordered more than just a sample of it…there’s a hint of maybe floral on top of it all? I assume that is a note from the oolong itself coming through. Goodness though, wonderful dessert oolong! Makes me think of the crunchy top of a creme brulee.
Finally trying this from my trial tea of the month club box….it tastes like the forest floor. I haven’t decided yet if that is a good thing or not! :)
So, this tea is pretty decent but I think it is a little weird to have cinnamon in a “toasted marshmallow” flavored tea. But its not bad! There was a whole allspice berry in my cup today, too.
Mmmm, this is great! Most of the time I do not sweeten my straight sencha/gyokuro, so I wasn’t sure if I would want to sweeten this one or not. Seems pretty good unsweetened which is a WIN!
I just got this in a swap with Lariel :) oh man, I didn’t expect to like this one. I kind of hate jellybeans, and I’m super picky with my herbals, but this is actually pretty great! Reminds me of tazo passion if that one was straight strawberry flavored.
