1113 Tasting Notes
Finished off the last of my straight matcha last night making a green tea mochi cake!

I used that recipe, but sifted 2tsp matcha into the rice flour. It was REALLY GOOD! I’m wondering how it would taste using flavored matcha now…maybe I’ll try that some day :)

I am LOVING this one cold brewed. Pineapple and creamy coconutty goodness! It almost has a marshmallowy quality yet is still totally unsweetened!

I’m almost out of this, but I have more on the way, YAY! I’m finding I really enjoy flavored senchas cold brewed, and nothing could be quicker or easier! I will be doing this a lot this spring and summer, I think.

Funny, I was JUST thinking about Den’s last night, and how I haven’t ordered from the in two years. This definitely sounds like it would make an excellent cold brew!
Now is a great time to remember about Den’s because it is Sakura Sencha time! Limited edition seasonal :)

This is really hitting the spot! Sad I only have one serving left but I guess I need to make room in my cupboard for all the Japanese greens I ordered yesterday…this will be missed though when it is gone. I would definitely buy this one again in a heartbeat!

Got this in a 5 pack with other flavored white teas a while back. All of them were pretty good, but this was one of my favorites from the set. I would re-stock but the Golden Moon coconut oolong fills the coconut flavored tea space in my cupboard. It is a lighter bodied oolong and similar enough to the white that I don’t feel I need both. This is very good though, and if you like coconut a lot you should probably try it! :)
