1113 Tasting Notes
Thanks Tealizzy for letting me try this one! I’m getting a LOT of nice vanilla bean flavor here. The black tea and white tea together make for an interesting combo. I’m getting the floral delicateness of the white with the body of the black. Not getting much cocoa flavor but I’m enjoying it very much anyway! Like the other sTEAp shoppe offering I’ve sampled, the flavoring is very natural and well balanced. This makes me want to try more of their blends! :)
Thank you Tealizzy for the sample of this! Bancha is probably my least favorite green tea. There is something almost fishy about it. I definitely prefer a sweeter sencha! Also not really detecting any rose here…I’ve had some pretty decent ones from Harney but this one seems to be a bust.
Yay! Thanks CK for swapping with me for this!
If you like matcha and pina colada you’ll very likely dig this. I thought it was great as an iced latte!
Thanks to Tealizzy for sending me a sample of this! Everyone’s tasting notes on it have made me DROOL! Anyway, I’m amazed at how natural and BREADY this tea is! It really does taste like cinnamon bread but without that artificial taste some flavored teas get. I can see why everyone raves about it. OK, I gotta go steep it again right now… :D
WHOA this tisane is different! The smell of the steeped cup is exactly like a cinnamon roll. Warm cinnamon under sweet sticky vanilla frosting! I just want to keep sniffing it, lol. It tastes nutty, with a warm subtle cinnamon and a hint of vanilla. I’ve always been curious about this tea, but I didn’t expect to enjoy it this much! It’s definitely not something I’d drink very often, but it might be a nice winter evening treat.
Thanks so much to Tealizzy for the sample! :)
