This has now become one of my staples teas! I find steeping to the midway point makes for a lovely balance between the black tea and the fruity notes. I find a little bit of sugar and two to three drops of milk to be the best combination for me.

I’m back in Winnipeg now, so regular access to all my teas! (Though I do miss Ireland quite a lot.)
I mostly drink black teas (anything with cinnamon is fantastic), with a few white teas as well.
