I stopped in here by random but will definitely be going back for my Asian style fruit teas. The service was great. I liked that they let us wander around and smell teas without hovering, while still being accessible and offering samples. The teas smelled great, tasted light and there was quite a variety. Overall, great experience and definitely going again.

Usual tea shopping place for me. I always stop by a couple times a year to restock on my Honeydew Rooibos :)

I love this place. I go crazy buying everything, though. It’s my tea version of a Lush store. I don’t need the amount I buy but I want it all!

Really lovely shop. The staff is perfect – they offer samples and ask if they can help but they aren’t too intrusive.
The shop carries more of the popular, flavored stuff. Nevertheless, a much larger selection than most tea shops.

Lupicia has an excellent staff and some of the absolute tastiest teas I’ve ever had. I looooooooooooooooooooooooooooooove this place. Absolutely worth a visit.

The Green Rooibos called “Adagio” is my favourite. Champagne Rose is amazing too. So many great options, I want to buy it all. What an awesome place. The branch near Cupertino is excellent too.

We visited the store Sunday morning and were helped by a very nice lady. She was not pushy or intrusive like in some stores but was ready and willing help answer questions or find things when you needed her.

The store had a wall of loose teas, displays of holiday tins, and a small assortment of tea pots and other tea equipment. It was very festive.

There were two samples out in the store. The lady said that during the slower non-holiday season they would also sample other teas at the wrapping table to help people decide what to purchase.

I purchased: Glass Gaiwan, Mango oolong, Melon Oolong, Joyeux Noel, Orzo
$53.21

Included in the pretty thick (gifting quality) shopping bag were 4 teabag samples of strawberry & vanilla green tea and a pamphlet.

This place offers so many pretty teas I am always a little intimidated when I go in! But really, it’s a great shop. There’s such a variety of fine, fragrant teas to smell, I could browse here for hours. The style is Asian, but there are a lot of other influences at work here, as well. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, and eager to answer any questions one might have. There are many accessories available for tea, too, and everything available is very aesthetically pleasing. I love the little tins they use for the tea, styled to highlight the beauty of what is within. At Lupicia, there are often a couple of teas out for sampling, too, typically unique and flavorful.
I want to buy so much tea every time I come here but it would get so costly! Really, though, I can’t get enough of this place. I always make it a point to stop in every time I’m in the area. Even if one does not make a purchase here, it is easy to appreciate the artful qualities of the tea.
