Very friendly and helpful staff who are willing to spend time with you to decide which tea is best for you. Sometimes they have cookies for sale from a local bakery to snack on with your tea. I particularly love the patio out the back; it is beautiful with lots of trees and is quiet. A very nice place to have a relaxing tea date!

They get lots of points for offering so many cute, decent-quality affordable teaware accessories and having a lot of enthusiasm both in terms of design/marketing copy and things like promotions and seasonal specials, but the actual teas tend to be a bit of a letdown for me. A lot of the flavored blends include artificial flavors and nearly always come off as too sweet for me. But if you’re someone who likes sprinkles and chocolate and sugar in your tea and want to drink your dessert instead of eat it, they’re your guys.

I love this place. Friendly helpful staff who really know their facts about the company. My boyfriend bought me a tea set from here for christmas and the steeping travel mug. I am in love. Best travel mug I have ever owned and making the tea before work has never been easier. I have bought tea from here twice myself and a few disposible tea bags as well. Loving this loose leaf tea and sampling all the newest ones at DAVID’s TEA. Hats off to you guys!! :)

Friendly and helpful staff make this a great shop for both new and seasoned tea drinkers

I finally went into David’s today after ordering my first two times online! The people who worked there were friendly. As soon as I went in I was offered a sample of the “tea of the day.” I was helped right away, and loved the fact that unlike online—in the store you can buy smaller samples of tea to try before buying a bigger portion.

Tons of delicious choices and helpful, friendly staff; I’m very glad to live to close to this great store! It also makes the perfect place to stop for a cold drink in the summer.

A very pleasant tea shop, with friendly (if a tad over-zealous) staff. A nice selection of fairly good teas on hand. They offer smaller sample sizes (25-30g) for those who want to try before they buy a larger size.
