This shop is probably the reason I’m on this website, because if it wasn’t for David’s Tea coming to Moncton I wouldn’t have been so captivated by the world of loose tea (I’m a sucker for their descriptions I think, lol). The staff here is quite pleasant though not always the most knowledgeable. With the service of the company in general I am very pleased, however. I emailed them to see if one tea (Black Needles) was going to be available anymore in-store and they said no but that they could have some sent to the store for me to pick up. Consider me a happy customer!

For being right in the mall, this location never seems to be too busy. The service is always fast and they seem to be really organized in how they serve you. Usually they have a couple people pulling teas to smell and making the drinks to go and another couple of people filling and weighing bags so that by the time your drink is ready, you are good to go. The staff are all really friendly and knowledgeable about the product. I believe that contributes to an overall positive experience at this location.

I’m so glad of David’s Tea, or I probably wouldn’t have found my love in tea. I make it a requirement to stop by any time that I’m within the area.

Hate that have to go to the mall to visit, but is always worth a trip! Chairs at the bar are definitely not made for short people like my family! Wish I could online order my tea, and have it packaged and ready at the store for pickup.

It’s a lovely store indeed. The staff is knowledgable and energetic…a bit too much for an introvert like me, admittedly. :) The selection is awesome, prices are decent, the quality exceptional. Really, for a serious New Brunswick tea drinker, it’s certainly the best in province.

As an avid tea drinker I was thrilled to hear about David’s Tea opening in Moncton. My first experience there(and many, many, many others) have all been wonerful. The staff are friendly and knowledgable, the tea of the day samples are awesome, and the variety of tea accessories are great. My favorite part of the store is of course the tea, and there are so many choices. The tea wall is impressive and the amount of tea to choose from is a little overwhelming. Of course that’s where the great staff come into play to help you make an informed decision when purchasing your tea to make sure it suits your tastes. If you like tea, make sure you stop into David’s Tea, I’m sure you won’t regret it. The addiction that might follow that first purchase though I cannot be held resposible for!! :)
