I look for every excuse to go there. The employees are very knowledgeable, and polite. I never feel like a stranger walking into this store. The layout is very simple with containers of loose-leaf tea along the front wall behind the counter, and tea accessories along the back (like tea cups, pots etc). What I love the most about this place is the openness to examine their products. If you want to look at a type of tea, they’ll pull it down, open it, let you smell it, look at it, and they’ll even offer to brew a sample for you if you’d like. This is probably my favorite store to visit.

Decent selection of loose leaf teas but the general atmosphere is somewhat stark and franchised feeling.
