The pushy high-pressure business model here was finally so unpleasant for me to deal with that I broke down and decided to start ordering teas online. Admittedly I have been bullied into giving them hundreds of dollars, as has the S.O., and several of the teas are good. I might still order some of them online, but now we are both so gun-shy that we won’t go within 15 feet of the entrance to one of their stores. I am not so trendy that I consider it a privilege to go to a store and have some pushy girl empty out my pockets onto the register and judge me for not spending more. I am SO GLAD to have found reliable online options for better tea. Yay for finding Steepster!
