High Garden tea, herbs & tradition Edit

Awesome independent teashop that really feels like the heart and soul of East Nashville. Their carefully curated selection of oolongs (predominantly Taiwanese) and Japanese greens (these fluctuate with the seasons, with big shipments in the late spring/summer) is top-notch. Their flights of tea are great ways to compare four teas side-by-side (same water temp). Additionally, there’s something to be said for their wide variety of herbs and spices that they carry.

I loved the small space they had before, but they now have a larger space with seating and it is incredible. The best tea selection, not largest…just best, I’ve found in and around Nashville. Great people, laid back atmosphere and top quality product.
