I like this tea room so much! They actually are not located on Washington ave. like the map shows, their address is: 3128 Morganford, St. Louis. MO 63116. For some reason Google maps shows them as being located on Washington ave., although they have been in their not-so-new location for almost a year! This is one of my favorite places to go in St. Louis!!!

This is a delightful little tea room! It’s small, but very quaint. The decor is cozy and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. And they sell some delicious custom tea blends!

I love this place! Great food and great teas! Quality and prices are good and their blends are great. I really love the Jubilee blend, as well as their Cream Earl Grey, and Naughty Vicar blend. I have taken a few of their classes and tea tastings and thought they were great. Haven’t been to an afternoon tea yet, need to try that! I wish there was more seating and that they were open during the evenings. Other than that, fantastic tea and my go to place right now!

I went a few weeks ago when my Mom was in town visiting. We did the afternoon tea, which consists of various tea sandwiches, scones, and treats plus a pot of tea per person. I chose the Lavender Earl Grey which they are known for and it was amazing. I’m only rating 4 stars because it was very warm in their tea room, making it challenging to drink the hot tea.

They recently moved to a new location that is bigger and better! I recently went to one of their tea classes (Tea 101) and it was nice to try some of their teas.

We visited the London Tea Room today for lunch and it was delicious! I was excited to try this tea room since my boyfriend’s family lives in St. Louis and I’ve read some great reviews. The location of this tea room is perfect and parking was easy to find. The inside is very quaint with big windows and cute little tables. The service was outstanding! Our server was very kind and patient, as was the young man at the tea counter. The food was excellent! I had the strawberry salad and my boyfriend ordered a panini. I also ordered a scone, which was a little dry, but still delicious. I ordered a pot of the Parisian Breakfast and it was steeped to perfection. My boyfriend ordered an iced Raspberry Green tea and it was equally refreshing. I enjoyed perusing their informative tea catalog while we were waiting for our food and purchased several teas to take home. The quality of their tea is exceptional and I am looking forward to trying each one! I highly recommend the London Tea Room and will be returning on each trip to St. Louis!

I will come here every time I visit St. Louis! Simply the best tea you can find, the strawberry salad is orgasmic! The sandwiches are alright but not the best item you can get but good quality food. Scones with devonshire cream WOW!
Service was good, thankfully I did not irritate the staff with my giddiness or silly questions and was guided very well on my tea selections to bring home as well as proper brewing methods. I learned a lot, ate a lot, had a great time!
Free wifi available.
I really had a great time. We have “afternoon tea” which consisted of a three tiered plate tray with scones, pastries (three kinds), and sandwiches (three kinds). We each choose the tea we wanted and they brought a full pot for each of us. They also brought out devonshire cream and preserves for the scones or anything else we wanted to slather this wonderful stuff on top of!
When you order the afternoon tea you get to use their bone china in an assortment of patterns which is a lovely addition.
Be sure to make reservations for the afternoon tea and check out the website.
As for tea selections – hubby had Mango and Friends which is a Tisane – I had Naught Vicar a black tea – London Tea Room’s own blend and my daughter had an iced cream tea but I don’t recall what flavor.
All of the teas were wonderful and I have rated them and many others from The London Tea Room in my tasting notes.

This is a fantastic place…it has a nice cozy feel to it, and the tea is great. Last time there, I quite enjoyed the Jade Cloud green. Aside from the tea, their snack-type items are tasty as well.

The tea is great — every time I go it is perfectly steeped. They have a good selection of tea including some seasonal single-estate teas and some irresistible looking pastries and scones. It’s a little hard for me to fork over $2.50 for a scone but it’s usually worth it. My favorites to date include white peony and jade cloud green tea.

I went here while visiting my friend’s parents in Illinois. There were 7 of us total, and we all had some lunch and tea. The food is great, and the tea is even better. I had Silver Needle with my meal, and it was brewed perfectly. Before I left, I bought 2oz of Dragonwell, in a nice tin with the London Tea Room label on it. The tea was great.

The people were friendly, and the atmosphere was lovely. Also they offer a few tea accessories in the store as well.
