A friend of mine occasionally plays the Koto here. It’s a little out of my way, so I’ve only been there a couple of times. The tea is always wonderful. And obviously I like the atmosphere.
The tea is pretty good. The staff are great. The fruited chicken salad sandwiches are famous!
I like TehKu very much and stop in anytime I’m in Dublin. Their selection is good and their treatment of the tea (steep time, temp etc) is great. Prices are also the best in town based on quality. I bought their “pure energy” matcha individual packets at Raisin Rack but was disappointed they are at least half sugar and don’t acutally give me more energy. Better to just stick with pure matcha.
This is a fun place to go and have tea. They have all of their teas in smelling tins along the bar. The staff mostly knows what they are talking about. The prices are good, and the tastes are good. If you are in the area, it is a must check out.
