Last time I was there the staff were not very personable and had a much lesser understanding of tea than of coffee. Their food is TERRIBLE. They do have quite a nice selection of teas and some nice tea gear, but ultimately not worth the trip from North Canton for me most of the time.
Small area with little parking, but it’s a breath of fresh air in Canton. They serve all kinds of loose leaf teas, many kinds of coffees, sodas, homemade pastries, etc. Going in groups is okay if you can find a table big enough. I rated Muggswigz a 4 instead of a 5 just because of the size and seating availability, but otherwise it’s wonderful!
