More thoughts on the tea I logged late yesterday afternoon…couldn’t stop thinking about this tea!! Love love love this. I should have eaten before I had it b/c I wasn’t hungry at all for dinner. Guess that would be good if I were on a diet! I will purchase a box of this as soon as I’m able too. I love the clarity that I felt after drinking it. Also seemed to be a mood elevator. I promise, I drank it and didn’t smoke it;)

I owned about 4 kilos at one time, I tried it once, then put it on special. I know it has it’s devotees, but eeerggghh!

I think mental clarity is the most overlooked benefit of tea drinking. Nothing like some good ole’ piece of mind from a nice pot of tea.

@JacquelineM You should! Here’s what my experience had been up to now with mate. Most of the ones I have tried tasted coffeeish,I think because it’s roasted mate and that is not what I’m going for when I order a cup of tea:) So, when I tried this sample I was pleasantly surprised. I think I discovered the difference that this one makes- the mate is unroasted hence the non coffee flavor. Works for me! :)

Of course I’m not expert, so the roasted/not roasted bit is just my uneducated guess.
