6444 Tasting Notes
Made this iced and hot and despite the lack of actual blueberry in the leaf I was surprised to find it has a nice blueberry pie flavor. However, for my tastes, I found the base to be overpowering.

I was weirdly excited about this and I have no clue why because I don’t love Jane Austen. However, I guess I could sense it was a good tea because this awesome smelling brew came out with lovely notes of spearmint, lavender, and vanilla. All distinctive and yet subtle.

Thank you Arby for the share. I had this before and hated it, even rating it a 49 but it would seem that this time around was much improved. I doubt I will ever have it again by my own choice but it was interesting to revisit and see how my tastes have changed.

Thank you for sharing Evol Ving Ness but it seems I’m having the same experience as Sil where this tastes like blueberry and bitter. It was fun to try but this isn’t for me.
This concludes the 12 teas of Christmas which was quite fun and even better that it is ending on a clearly holiday-inspired flavor. This makes me think of Snickerdoodles but also it is quite nutty and, like Sil said, it gets nuttier as it cools. It is an alright tea and I am glad I got to try it but if I am being honest, I just don’t think it is quite for me. I blame the nut.
Merry Christmas Steepster! Today I made my own version of cookies and milk by cold steeping this tea in milk. Honestly it is very weird because the raisin is really shining here and between that and the cinnamon, it almost has an alcohol quality to it. Strange but good.
Mayan Hot Cocoa. So spice? Well, there definitely is cinnamon here but between the cinnamon, the marshmallow, and the sugar, this is far too cloying. Especially when you consider there is no heat to balance it out. It is not bad per se but it also isn’t mayan hot cocoa if you ask me.
