Not a huge fan of chamomile normally, but this blend isn’t bad – something about the flavour feels a bit off, but as a non-chamomile drinker most of the time, I don’t know exactly what this is missing, haha. This one likely won’t make it back to the re-purchase pile, but again, I’m not unhappy I tried it.

I was on the fence with this one at the start, because I don’t like “regular” eggnog, but since this is December, I figured I’d give this one a go for my advent calendar (day #2!). I like the creaminess that the white chocolate is giving it, and I am all for spicy teas, but I don’t know about the whole addition of meringue powder. Which makes sense, considering this is eggnog, but I think I’ll stick to my eggs and egg products in scrambled form. All in all, though, a great concept, but this is just not the right blend for me. Nevertheless, I’m happy to have satisfied my curiosity.

I’m not usually a lover of straight up green tea, but I had to purchase some of this purely on the fact that it comes from India – not the place one tends to think of when they think green tea. It actually tastes pretty good for a green, and I found I don’t need as many leaves to get to the flavour profile that I want. This is also tea #1 for my 2014 tea advent calendar (I made my own this year, whoo!), and so I must say that the month is off to a good start. :)

I think this is on par with Sugar Plum Forest as my favourite tea out of the Winter Collection. I do love a good, nutty tea! I was very sad when my cup of this was over, and I think I’m going to have to order some more of it before it goes away. Very nice with a splash of milk.

I’m not usually a fan of drinking blueberry teas first thing in the morning, but this one has enough of a breakfast blend base (at least to me) that I actually don’t mind doing just that. And I enjoy the fact that this is from a smaller company than what I usually buy from. This is my last bag of tea from here, so the next time I’m in Nova Scotia, I’ll clearly have to get a refill.

I had a few of my friends raving over this so I thought I’d give it a try on my last visit to DT. It’s good, but I think my taste buds are tired of apple flavours. I wasn’t as enthusiastic about it as I probably would have been if I hadn’t spent the last few months drinking Sweet Apple Cider and Mom’s Apple Pie. Warm and soothing, yes, but I think I need to back away from apple so that I can learn to appreciate it properly again.

I love this one – spicy and sweet all at the same time. I seem to have a thing for cinnamon-heavy teas right now, but as it’s November, I think that is a fine obsession to have, haha. This is an excellent after-dinner tea, though it’s not as sweet as some of your more typical dessert teas.

My first foray into the Fall 2014 collection was an excellent one! I like tart teas, and was happy to see that this was organic, as well. This will definitely be coming home with me as soon as I can find room for another tin, hahaha.
