I really don’t like red rooibos at all. Which is a bit of a shame because it has a lot of health benefits. However, I do LOVE its counterpart: green rooibos!

At first green rooibos doesn’t appear to be anything special: It’s yellowy green and smells a bit nutty. When brewed, it comes out to be a very nutty and fresh taste at the same time! It’s really enjoyable as a straight tea and it looks like it will be my to go tea when I just want something uncaffeinated and unflavoured.

An ex-Engineer who loves anything health and fitness related. I started my tea journey ever since I was young—because tea is very important in my culture. I only knew of two kinds: green and black.

When I was introduced to DAVIDsTEA, my eyes opened to a variety of tea. Since visiting them, I became hooked.

Now I incorporate tea into my daily lifestyle for ultra health benefits!
