I’m drinking a blend with TJ’s Peppermint Tea. Good, however, the mint overpowers the maté. On the other hand, I still know I’m getting all the great nutrients and benefits of the maté even if I can’t fully taste it.
5 Tasting Notes
I love Guayaki’s products and their traditional maté is one of the best I’ve had. Why? It doesn’t taste like only dirt and grass like some brands. If you have it in a bag, it’s great steeped not too long. But this is best served traditionally in a gourd.
Love this, though if you aren’t careful, it gets bitter very quickly, especially with two teabags in a venti at Starbucks.
Tastes great!
Agree with the other comments that this pomegranate tea hits the spot. Being a white tea, it isn’t overwhelming, but enough flavor to keep it interesting and it won’t get bitter if steeped for too long. It’s a great change up from the typical black tea!
