I’ve been so curious about this mix—glad to know it doesn’t lump up!!

I used those silly 1/4 teaspoon measuring spoons to measure out seven loose scoops of matcha. I figured seven was enough since some had a little more. I think by doing seven scoops the powder was a lot looser so when the water hit everything completely dissolved. Could just be the matcha powder though.
