Not knowing what Pu Erh actually was, I decided to try this tea on recommendation.
I’ve always thought that I liked Chai (I actually don’t. I have no idea why I thought that), so I thought a ginger tea would likely be up my alley as well, cause it’d have the same spiciness.
Plain, this tea is a bit tasteless, but has a nice kick when you swallow. Made as a latte, this tea is wonderful! Super flavorful and spicy. I plan on buying more at a later time so that I can make plenty more lattes.
I imagine it will be beautifully paired with an Assam or a traditional Chai, but I have yet to experiment.
