This is a wonderful first flush Darjeeling tea: floral in the nose and in the cup, a pleasingly-metallic taste on the tip of the tongue and roof of the mouth, and a lingeringly-sweet finish.

First infusion – 3 g. per 8 oz water, 90 deg., 2:30 min.

Second infusion – 3 g. per 8 oz. water, 90 deg., 10:00+ min.

Preparation
195 °F / 90 °C 2 min, 30 sec 3 g 8 OZ / 236 ML

I’ve been meaning to try this tea. You can’t really go wrong with Camellia Sinensis

The Jungpana is only my 2 FF Darj. The first one was a Seeyok FF from another tea company. Although I disliked the Seeyok, I love the Jungpana.

Best wishes,
