Once again, I wish I could taste the honey in this tea. It appears that very few people can.

Heh, I am one of the “no honey” tasting people. I’ve been thinking—maybe the name refers to the floral pollen-y quality, and not honey itself? In the description, then mention lots of nearby native plants that contribute the flavor of the tea (due to pollination or something).
