2170 Tasting Notes
The description says this tea has a sweet sticky rice aroma, and this really does taste and smell like rice! I’ve been on a rice pudding kick lately, so this I’m really enjoying this. Started with a 10-second rinse followed by a 1-minute steep.

October 2022 → A cinnamon tea
I thought I’d logged this one at least once before but perhaps not. I seemed to remember that it was watery at my normal 8 oz so I used one teabag for 6 oz this time around. It’s quite tasty and reminds me a good bit of Harney & Son’s Decaf Hot Cinnamon Spice which I’ve grown to really love. I think the Paromi sachets are pretty expensive though and Hot Cinnamon Spice is still my favorite, so I’ll probably finish the jar and be done with this blend. Still quite enjoyable though if someone is looking for a rooibos chai!

October 2022 → A pumpkin tea
This ones a bit watered down, so perhaps I’ll stick with my normal ratio of 1 tsp per 6 oz cup. I thought if I doubled it that it might turn out much the same, but it did not.

I really like this one. It does taste and smell more like banana candy, but it somehow manages to avoid being artificial-tasting. This company has some other flavors that look tasty too, might have to try a few.

Gingernut Matcha | Bird & Blend Tea Co.
I posted about the broken link for this matcha about a year ago, but all has been quiet. The link still isn’t working as of this morning and Steepster won’t let me create a new listing, so I’m posting here instead. Have we been forgotten?
This is really, really delicious. Gingery, just a touch of spice. Not sure if the spicy bite is from the ginger or the chili, but it’s just a perfect amount. It may just be the mood I’m in with fall well on its way, but this is really everything I wanted this morning. Granted, I did add some honey and milk so it’s made it somewhat of a golden milk (minus the turmeric). Really lovely.

Adagio has proven as hands-off with this site as the previous admin was. It is impossible to try to contact them about anything, and other than “keeping the lights on” they haven’t done anything for the site. Not too long ago we had a lot of new people complaining that they were unable to modify their profile to put info on it that would help with tea exchanges and such, and I’m sure that must be an “anti-spam” measure Adagio created, but with no way to contact them, those users were just left high and dry… and I don’t think I’ve seen any of them post anymore as a result. Very frustrating.
