THE LAST OF MY TEAVIVRE SAMPLES AND UM. WOW. WOW THIS IS THE MOST AMAZING BLACK TEA. I don’t think I ever expected myself to rate an unflavored black tea this high, especially without adding more things to it as well. I usually always doctor up my black teas with sugar and/or milk because they’re just too strong and sometimes bitter but WOW NOT THIS ONE! I didn’t have to add anything!
It SMELLED sweet at first! And the leaves looked so cute and curly, I don’t have any other tea that looks quite like this. When I went to take my first sip I was PREPARED FOR HEAVY BITTER BLACK TEA TASTE but then it… SURPRISINGLY… WAS NOT! It was rich but not bitter at all, very sweet, kinda reminiscent of hazelnuts! I saw some people mention sweet potatoes as well and YES I think that describes it perfectly! A bit malty, ever so slightly butterscotch-y… what a great black tea, dang!
Many thanks again to Teavivre for these wonderful samples! I’m pretty much sold; most definitely want to buy some in the future!

Another Teavivre sample yay! Thank you!
WOW THIS IS. SO GOOD. The smell is strangely nostalgic, I’m totally being brought back to when I was like 5 years old or something. EVEN THE TASTE IS SOMEWHAT NOSTALGIC. Wow this is probably the best tasting jasmine I have ever had. I’m not even a fan of super floral teas, but something about this is… beyond what one would think of when they think of FLORAL this is just really clean but kinda woodsy and DANG THE PEARLS! The pearls alone are gorgeous! This is my first pearl tea and even watching them unfurl was really neat! I can only imagine the work and care that was put into making each one of these. How cool, what a delightful tea, golly.
I wish I could figure out where this nostalgia feeling is coming from, maybe it will come to me. But for now I will just keep smelling and sipping this, I’m on my 3rd re-steep already HEH HEH!
Another Teavivre sample! Packaged in a way I had never seen before, too!
DANG I LOVE OOLONG SO MUCH and this is no exception. I brewed it pretty long so the taste pretty strong! Quite flowery too, which I wasn’t quite expecting actually, I think I was prepared for a more earthy grassy taste WHICH IS DEFINITELY THERE but there are certainly some strong floral overtones too. Very good, nonetheless! Especially because I’m a fan of jasmine which this is a bit reminiscent of.
As with most oolongs in my experience, I was able to steep it twice easily and could probably get at least one more out of it, if not two. I do steep mine longer than suggested though so I’m not sure how much that’s sucking out all the flavor HAHA. ANYWAY yes, good oolong, very fresh!
MY TEAVIVRE SAMPLES CAME IN! I’m so excited! This blooming tea was something I was really looking forward to, as I had never had one before and they always look so cool! Unfortunately I don’t have a nice fancy glass teapot but I do have a really large glass mug.
WOW THIS IS LIKE… THE COOLEST EVER!? The flower literally opens up into 3 full blooms its insane IT IS SO TALL WOW my mug is JUST TALL ENOUGH TO HOLD ITS FULL HEIGHT. DANG. It’s so pretty! I kinda had a fear that the bloom wouldn’t be as cool as it is in photos, you know? BUT IT’S SUPER COOL.
Okay I think I over-steeped slightly because I spent so much time just looking at it and taking pictures HAH but it still tastes great! Very light and flowery, smooth and slightly sweet. Giving the rating extra points for the EXPERIENCE though because that was AWESOME.
I actually made some of this for my mom the other day because she was curious. The face she made when she sipped it was priceless. :‘) I guess it’s an acquired taste AHEH HEH HEH.
Really enjoying this chamomile! It has an extra… FRESHNESS I guess that I obviously never experienced with my past bagged chamomiles. It’s really cool to see the full flowers too, what a cute tea. Can tea be cute? WELL IT IS NOW.

MY FIRST PU ERH YEAHHH! This one was also quite a bit smokey I guess? NOT AS MUCH as the lapsang but still very earthy and smooth! It’s another one I’d like to try again sometime; in fact I’d really like to get a better taste of pu erh in general. ANYBODY HAVE ANY SUGGESTIONS?
WOW this tea was unlike anything I have ever had before! QUITE AN EXPERIENCE! I always considered things like ASSAM to be kinda malty and smokey but WOW THIS. THIS is what smokey tea really is. It was like drinking a campfire. Or some kinda fresh jerky, without the meat. REALLY UNIQUE but in the end… I THINK I LIKED IT!? I definitely want to try something like this again!
HOLY CRAP THIS IS SUCH A CLEAN AND DELICIOUS OOLONG. WHY IS IT SO EXPENSIVE NOOO!!! I totally want to get some of this someday though, it’s super great. Such a light colour!
My sample of this is gone now oh nooo! Still not sure I liked it enough to actually buy it though. But is definitely good and definitely grew on me! A+ experience.

I hadn’t checked out my Revolution teas recently so I brought them to work all last week. This one is most definitely still my favorite! It’s so light and refreshing, probably one of my favorite white teas I own.
Gave CASTEA the TRIF-TREATMENT and it was outstanding. It might have overpowered the taste a little though HAHA maybe I will steep longer next time.
I was super tired yesterday and this was my work tea. THERE IS JUST SOMETHING SO COZY about constant comment. Makes ya feel good inside.
