This is a very aromatic tea. The dry leaves have the warm, comforting smell of honey, and, once brewed, the tea envelops you in an aroma of sweet honey and there is a pleasant aftertaste of chocolate/coffee. The flavour of honey becomes more intense the longer you sip. This would be a wonderful tea cappuccino, and I find it could use some milk froth on top to cut through the strong flavour of the mate. Overall, this tea has a wonderful aroma with a pleasant taste, and brews very well to a nice gold amber colour. I recommend brewing it in a clear glass or white cup to truly appreciate its colour.
