Not sure if this is the same 7 Treasures I get at Wystone’s World Teas or not, but if it is it is one of my favorites. It has a very subtle flavor, quite peachy, but not overly sweet. I prefer fruity or flowery teas with a subtle flavor – nothing too heavy or sweet – and this fits my taste just right :)

drank Green Tea by Teatulia Teas

Just picked this up today. So far, not bad…a good everyday green tea. I’ll probably take it to work so that I can make my Histoire Tibetaine last longer :)

drank Fairy Lily by Primula Tea

Received this and other Primula teas for holidays. I love the look of the blooming teas, but have yet to find one that competes in taste.

I did try one blooming tea that I thought was fairly amazing – called Heart of the Dragon – but I’m not sure what company, if any, it came from. A local tea shop carried it for a while. They purchased all their teas during trips to Asia and also had family there that sent them tea. Heart of the Dragon blooming tea was hand-tied also and, when it opened, the tea leaves spread out like talons and a red rose bud could be seen in the middle. The rose looked just like a heart – and not the cartoon-type, either.

Another unique tea: a green tea with a blend of vanilla and bergamot. It is very tasty and soothing. I would say the vanilla is a bit heavier than the bergamot, so it’s a little on the sweet side – though not artificial at all. Overall, a great morning tea!

drank Acte II by THEODOR

This is an exquisite tea – absolutely my new favorite. It’s flavor is fresh and unique. Each floral note dances across the tongue. Acte II is the perfect name, because it is not a one-act tea, but a true bouquet of flavors – the initial act, and then the second act. Love, love, love it!

I’m already making plans to purchase more and don’t intend to ever be without it :)

Where’d you pick up this brand? The flavors sound amazing.

Tamara Fox

I ordered it from The Urban Tea Merchant in Vancouver, BC. Had to pay international shipping, but it’s well worth it :)

Awesome! They sell it at www.urbantea.com, I’ve noticed. Hrm. It’s pretty expensive, but it might be worth it! Thanks for the info!

Tamara Fox

If you buy it loose leaf rather than in the tin, it’s only $12, which it’s well worth. I’ll be buying the tin next :)

Doulton

If you make a big order, it’s cheaper to buy from France than from Canada. Avoid the costly tins, as Tamara Fox says.

drank African Solstice by Tea Forte

This is a berry-flavored rooibos with a nice flavor, though I’m having trouble placing the flavor of berry. It might be strawberry…or a blend. Unfortunately, I taste a hint of cough syrup in the cup :( I find all Tea Forte blends a little on the strong side, so maybe that’s it.

A nice mint tea, very refreshing and, of course, mint is good for soothing the body :)

Tried this one a while back, and I remember it fondly. I like the fact that the mango is subtle – just a bit of a fruit aftertaste and not too strong.

My favorite rooibos! Really fantastic as an iced tea. Highly recommended – even if you don’t think you’d like rooibos :)

drank Raspberry Black by Teavana

A great iced tea, and I have no idea why Teavana would cancel it in favor of some of the outrageous flavors they introduced. Raspberry Black is a classic that will never go out of style.
