The David’s AND the Teavivre order arrived today! Jackpot :)

I’ve never had this before, so I followed the steeping directions to the letter, but the result seems a bit weak. I might use a little more tea next time around. The chief flavor is Jolly Rancher sour apple, along with a more natural apple flavor to round it out. There is also a touch of tropical citrus — I guess that’s the kiwi. Not getting much of the actual tea flavor.

All around, it’s a pleasant light tea, but I suspect this is going to be better iced, so I’ll have to remember to save some for summer.

Preparation
180 °F / 82 °C 2 min, 45 sec 1 tsp 8 OZ / 236 ML
