The weather is changing and my ankles and legs are achy…I’m hoping it’s just the weather. I thought I would start drinking more lemon as well as ginger because of their anti-inflamation and healing properties.
And because I am in the middle of a project and wanted to drink and log something that I already reviewed instead of starting with a brand new tea/tisane!
Still liking this one. Near cold brewed…let’s say “luke warm”
