I added this one to the Steepster Database a little over an hour ago because I couldn’t find it anywhere so here it is!
Another Fanning-esque type black tea from Upton – this time a Ceylon! It ‘brews-up’ really dark, really fast!
This is a strong ceylon base that is astringent and a bit bitter but not in a disturbing way. A nice sturdy cup – a tad peppery, even!
