Make a dish of this tonight…yes, a DISH! Well, it was more like a bowl! A glass bowl and it bloomed beautifully! The jasmine aroma and green tea really filled up my kitchen. The taste was alright. Not wonderful but ok. The draw is the experience of the bloom and the surprise inside.

I have had different tasting experiences with many blooming teas but many have tasted the same they are a piece of art tho! indeed!

I rarely drink blooming tea, just look at them, so they’re a real indulgence for me. Sometimes I’ll leave the opened bloom in a clear pot for a day or two, freshening the water. Makes an unusual centrepiece.
