This one certainly didn’t last long :)
SIPDOWN!
This is incredibly malty and rich. The first infusion was slightly astringent but still tasty for those who enjoy a strong black tea! The 2nd infusion was also nice. Still malty but not astringent…and still strong! YAY!
I can’t believe I’m only the 2nd person to log this and the other person logged it over 10 months ago! This is a STRONG Earl Grey with Cream flavors. The aroma is INTENSE…it filled the office, actually. The description says “vanilla” but it’s a different sort of “vanilla”…I wasn’t actually thinking “vanilla” at all…but certainly a CREAM…maybe like a Creme filling of a chocolate found in those assorted chocolate boxes type of cream. This is good hot or cold and is still strong with the 2nd infusion, too!
AWESOME Hot or Cold! Very nice!
The leaves are a little more brown that other Bai Hao’s I have seen but the aroma is very fresh and crispy-sweet!
The flavor makes my mouth water and it near juicy but ever-so thirst-quenching! There are creamy notes throughout that are really nice, too!
I’m a FAN!
A classic case of…you don’t know what you have til it’s gone! I received a bit of this in the mail and had to bust it open right away! I’ve missed it! I’m upping the rating, too! :)
This has the perfect amount of vanilla and nice deal of natural sweetness to it! I’ve missed it!
Since LiberTEAs has been reviewing this a few times I thought I would dig thru my shelves, containers, piles, and storage mounds of tea and and have a cuppa! Still LOVE this – will always LOVE this!
Today I can smell the rose and chocolate but can taste the pure orange. Towards the end of the sip I can taste a dark chocolate flavor that lingers. It’s VERY special!
Upping the rating again :)
